in 2008, graham founded city never sleeps, a nightlife platform that quickly evolved into one of the country's leading culture-driven marketing agencies. what began as a destination for discovering nightlife and entertainment became a trusted creative partner for global brands looking to authentically connect with consumers through culture. under his leadership, city never sleeps developed award-winning marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, experiential activations, and digital strategies that helped redefine how companies engaged modern audiences.

that philosophy carried into executive leadership, where graham helped shape the evolution of some of the world's most recognizable consumer brands, including cîroc vodka and deleón tequila in partnership with diageo. his work helped redefine how brands engage audiences by blending storytelling, partnerships, entertainment, and community into long-term business strategy rather than one-off campaigns. throughout his career, he has led award-winning brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural partnerships alongside many of the world's most influential artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and creators, helping transform cultural influence into enduring business value.

today, graham serves as chief content officer at revolt, where he oversees one of the industry's largest creator ecosystems. he has led the development and expansion of award-winning franchises spanning television, podcasts, live experiences, and digital platforms, helping transform the company into a creator-first media business built for the next generation.

beyond his executive career, graham continues to found, build, and invest in businesses across industries. he is the co-founder of fort lauderdale united fc, a professional soccer club, a partner in reel one fishing club, a media and lifestyle company, and a partner in calcio miami, a football-inspired apparel brand.
